This Copyright and Trademark Policy is issued by The Darts Atlas Corporation (“Darts Atlas,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to the Services. It is incorporated into the Terms of Use. Darts Atlas respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and Organizers to do the same.
1. Designated Agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
1.1 Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512, notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Darts Atlas’s designated agent:

1.2 To be effective under § 512(c)(3), a notification must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Darts Atlas to locate the material; (d) information reasonably sufficient to permit Darts Atlas to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
1.3 Upon receipt of a compliant notice, Darts Atlas may remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
1.4 If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the designated agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, together with consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which that address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Darts Atlas may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
2. Other Intellectual-Property Complaints
2.1 Trademark, publicity, and other intellectual-property complaints may be sent to dmca@dartsatlas.com or legal@dartsatlas.com. Include identification of the rights claimed, the material at issue, its location on the Services, and your contact information.
3. Darts Atlas Trademark Schedule
3.1 The following word marks and logo marks are identified from the trademark portfolio provided by Darts Atlas. Ownership is as stated on that schedule. Marks owned by The National Darts League, LLC are not Darts Atlas marks and are not licensed under this Policy.
