THE DARTS ATLAS CORPORATION
Cookie Notice
Effective Date: September 15, 2026.
Last Updated: October 5, 2026.
This Cookie Notice describes cookies and similar technologies used by The Darts Atlas Corporation (“Darts Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Services. It forms part of the Privacy Policy and should be read with that Policy and the Terms of Use.
1. What Cookies Are
1.1 Cookies are small files placed on a device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and SDKs. This Notice covers those technologies to the extent used on the Services.
2. Strictly Necessary Authentication Cookie
2.1 Darts Atlas uses a single first-party cookie on the Darts Atlas domain for authentication and session management. It associates the browser session with the applicable account.
2.2 Duration. For a normal authenticated session, Darts Atlas does not impose a separate application-level session timeout; the session persists for the browser session. If you select “Remember me,” authentication persists for one year.
2.3 Recipients. The cookie is used by Darts Atlas. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics, and is not disclosed to advertising or analytics providers.
2.4 Legal basis. The cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by you (a signed-in session). Under the ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR, and similar rules, strictly necessary cookies may be set without consent. We do not currently display a cookie-consent banner because we do not deploy non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the website.
3. Technologies Not Currently Used
3.1 We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, advertising or remarketing pixels, conversion APIs, session replay, heatmaps, browser fingerprinting, tag managers, consent-management platforms, or localStorage for tracking or advertising.
3.2 We do not currently use additional first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, personalization, or tracking.
4. Google Ads and UTM Parameters
4.1 Google Ads is used as an advertising channel. We do not currently deploy Google advertising cookies or conversion tags on the website.
4.2 UTM parameters from Google Ads landing URLs may appear in server logs, currently retained approximately 30 days. We do not currently store UTM parameters on the user record. If that storage is implemented, this Notice will be updated, and any required consent will be obtained.
5. Email Technologies
5.1 We use SendGrid to deliver email. SendGrid open tracking and click tracking for marketing and ordinary service emails have been disabled.
6. Your Choices
6.1 Browser controls. You may block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the authentication cookie will prevent signed-in use of the Services.
6.2 Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.3 Global Privacy Control. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising and do not deploy advertising cookies. There is currently no advertising or tracking activity for a GPC signal to disable. If that changes, we will update this Notice.
6.4 California and other U.S. state opt-outs of sale/share/targeted advertising are described in the Privacy Policy. Those opt-outs are not required for current cookie practices because we do not sell, share, or run on-site targeted-advertising cookies.
7. Changes and Contact
7.1 We may update this Notice, including when advertising tools, cookies, or a payment processor change.
