The Darts Atlas Corporation (“Darts Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making www.dartsatlas.com, kiosk.dartsatlas.com, and related applications (the “Services”) reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes how to request assistance, how we handle feedback, and the limits of what we currently represent. It should be read with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
1.1 This Statement applies to the Darts Atlas website and web application operated by The Darts Atlas Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with its principal business address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States.
1.2 Static informational pages on the guides and broadcast subdomains have no account functionality. Feedback about those pages may still be sent to the contact below.
1.3 Third-party services used in connection with the Services, including Stripe-hosted Checkout, the Stripe customer portal, Spotify, and other providers identified in the Privacy Policy, are operated by those providers. Their accessibility is governed by their own practices. Darts Atlas will, where feasible, help you identify an alternative way to complete a Darts Atlas transaction or request if a third-party component is a barrier.
2. Our Approach
2.1 Darts Atlas will accept accessibility feedback and will provide reasonable alternative access or support where feasible.
2.2 Darts Atlas has not completed an accessibility audit, has not adopted a published technical conformance target, and does not represent that the Services currently fully conform to WCAG, ADA technical standards, the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, or any other technical accessibility standard. This Statement is not a certification of conformance.
2.3 We will consider accessibility when we design and update the Services, and we will treat accessibility barriers reported to us as requests for assistance and product improvement.

4. Alternative Access
4.1 Where feasible, we will provide a reasonable alternative way to complete an account, registration, payment, or other core task, which may include assisted support by email during support hours.
4.2 Alternative access may not be available for every feature, live scoring workflow, or Organizer-administered function. Organizers remain responsible for accessibility of their own in-person events, venues, and materials.
5. Compatibility
5.1 The Services are a web application intended to be used with current major browsers. Compatibility with particular assistive technologies has not been independently audited and is not represented in this Statement.
6. Formal Complaints
6.1 If you are not satisfied with our response, you may write to legal@dartsatlas.com. You may also have the right to file a complaint with a government authority that enforces disability-rights or accessibility laws in your jurisdiction, including, where applicable, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.K. Equality Advisory and Support Service or Equality and Human Rights Commission, and corresponding authorities in the EEA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
6.2 Nothing in this Statement limits non-waivable rights under applicable disability-rights law.
7. Changes
7.1 We may update this Statement, including if Darts Atlas later adopts a technical standard, completes an audit, or changes support channels. We will update related terms when Darts Atlas selects a new payment processor if that change affects how payments are completed.
